The product(s) MUST be unused while return, along with all the original packaging and with all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
For returning the contact lenses, the lenses boxes must be unopened and in original condition.
All returned products will be inspected on arrival. Exchanges will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
Please ensure that product(s) are returned to us via “signed for delivery” and a certificate of posting is obtained. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the exchange process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
When we re-ship an exchanged product(s), the cost of re-shipping would be an additional fee which will have to be paid by the customer.
The shipping charges of your original order would be non-refundable.
SPECIAL Exchanges Note: To return the product, first you need to contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a specific exchange address. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel)
If due to any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, then we hold a 100% Exchange Guarantee for you, we gladly offer a 21 days Exchange, starting the day you receive your order. Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to Exchange:

- SPECTOO offers a 15 days return policy for every customer.
Once the return request has been processed, the customers are requested to pack the entire product including the packing material, invoice of the product and all the accessories received along with the product. The pack must be kept ready for pick up.
- Customers are requested to make sure that the product is unused and it is in a no-harm condition while return.
After the pick-up, our QC team will check the product and ensure that it is unused and is in a good condition and would also check that all the items along with the product have been sent back in good condition. In case if the product is found damaged or used or any accessories are found missing, SPECTOO is authorized to deny the refund to the customer.
